9. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
If you post or submit content, you represent that you have full rights to do so and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
All user-generated content is considered non-confidential and may be used by us.
10. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By posting Contributions, you grant Pronjoe Shop LLC an unlimited, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce your content for business or promotional purposes.
You retain ownership but grant us usage rights.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences, may not include offensive or false statements, and must comply with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove any reviews.

Binding Arbitration
If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), held in North Carolina.
Exceptions
Claims involving intellectual property rights, theft, or injunctions may proceed in court in North Carolina.

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Services without prior notice.
21. DISCLAIMER
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

24. USER DATA
We may retain data transmitted to our Services for operational purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data.
25. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us and agree that electronic agreements and signatures satisfy legal requirements.
